About indoor wooden vaults

Your goods go in a secure wooden vault inside our warehouse, with up to £3,000 of cover included as standard.

Drive right up, no long walks or lifts to navigate..

Access by appointment. Loading in and clearing out is straightforward — multiple trips over a few days is fine. Once your goods have been in storage, we typically need a working day’s notice to get your vault ready. If they’ve been there a while, it may take longer — just ask. Weekday access only (Mon–Fri, excluding Scottish bank holidays).

Need to get in often? An outdoor container with 24/7 app access is probably a better fit.

About 20ft outdoor containers

A standard 20ft shipping container, dry and weatherproof, accessed via the MasterLock app on your phone (T&Cs apply).

24/7 access. Drive right up to your container any time, day or night. No appointments, no notice needed.

You arrange your own insurance. Your home or business policy may already cover items in storage — worth checking. We can recommend specialist providers if you need cover.

Some sites have High Cube containers (about 13% more headroom) at the same price — subject to availability.

Wooden vaults
A best estimate is fine. On the day, if you need more vaults than you booked, that’s no problem — we’ll add them as we go. If you need fewer, no charge for the extras.

Containers are first come, first served. To guarantee your specific container you’ll usually need to start using it within a few days of booking. If your preferred date isn’t available we’ll be in touch to suggest alternatives.

About wooden vault start dates
We almost always have wooden vaults available, so your start date can be whenever suits you. Just give us a working day’s notice and we’ll have your vault ready.
