The information recorded from your survey will enable us to provide a detailed move plan.
Removals quotation
Our detailed move plan will be accompanied by a quotation. This will offer a clear breakdown of costs, packing arrangements, secure storage requirements and optional services designed to assist you before, during and after your move. This will enable our team to plan and organise the perfect move to suit you and your company.
Book your office move
To accept your removal quote simply contact us and confirm our availability for your preferred moving date. If you have any last-minute changes or requests our helpful team can alter your move plan to suit you.
Late bookings and emergency removals
There may be circumstances when an office survey is not possible, but please don’t worry. You can discuss your move over the telephone.
Moving day
On the day of your business move, our friendly team will arrive prepared and fully briefed. The specialist vehicle(s) assigned to your move will be fully equipped with floor protectors and other necessary equipment designed to protect your office goods with the highest care.
When the vehicle is loaded your dedicated team leader will ask you to double-check all the rooms to ensure you are happy that every item has been removed. At the delivery address, all furniture and effects will be placed in the exact position of the requested rooms and, if included in the move plan, dismantled furniture will be reassembled, export packaging removed and boxes unpacked.
When the move is complete you will be asked to complete a short customer survey, which allows us to monitor our overall service and maintain standards.
We offer a range of services to assist you in preparing for your office move
Save time and effort with our full packing service. Prior to moving day our professional team will carefully wrap and pack all your possessions ensuring everything is prepared, labelled and protected for the removal.
We will supply and deliver to you all the packing materials necessary to pack up all the non-breakables. Usually the day before the move an experienced member of our team will safely pack these items.
We will deliver everything you need to help you prepare for your removal; strong boxes, white paper, packaging tape, bubble wrap and portable wardrobes can all be supplied in advance of the relocation day.
We have strong, lidded crates available for hire, which will enable you to pack any personal or confidential data and apply a uniquely numbered security seal. All numbers will be recorded on our inventory and a copy provided to you on site.
Although care is given to all effects as standard, during the survey we may identify fragile or high-value items that require special attention. Using quality materials our fully trained team of experts will carefully prepare items with the extra protection that is required.
We are SEPA licensed waste carriers and offer customers an environmentally friendly alternative to skip hire. From a single item to large commercial clearances we ensure items are recycled and disposed of responsibly with over 80% of junk removed avoiding landfill.
