Q&A
Q. How can I access my container?
A. Our facility is open each weekday between 8AM and 5PM; contact us if you might need access outside these times.
Q. What can a high cube container hold?
A. One 20ft high cube container can hold 330 standard moving boxes!
Q. Can you provide padlocks?
A. Yes! Our standard price does not include the supply of padlocks. We supply two padlocks for a small deposit.
Q. How secure are your units?
A. All of our containers are constructed from Corten ‘A’ Steel and protected by an integral lockbox. There’s also 24hr CCTV.
Q. Is there a minimum hire period?
A. The minimum term is only one month, after that it’s pay as you go. We ask for at least two weeks’ notice of your intent to vacate a container.
Q. When do I pay?
A. We ask that payment is made on the first of each month, we’ll issue an invoice for your records at the start of the month.
Q. How do I pay?
A. The easiest way is by Direct Debit. Click here to set one up.
Q. How do I end the storage?
A. After the first month has been paid for, all storage is ‘pay as you go’, so just let us know 2 weeks before you intend to cease the storage.
Q. Are your units weatherproof and dry?
A. Yes. Our newbuild steel units are secured against all weather conditions.
Q. Do you provide insurance?
A. To provide such low-cost storage, insurance is not included in the price. Many 3rd party insurers can provide quotes.

High Cube Containers are 1ft (30cm) taller than a standard shipping container, providing around an extra 148 cubic feet of storage space (that’s 12% over a standard low-height shipping container!).
Our containers have high-strength lockboxes, and both sites have 24 hour comprehesive CCTV coverage.
If required we can supply padlocks for the handles and the lockbox (charges apply).
